Model Arbitration Clause
1、Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to HRBAC for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the HRBAC's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.

Delivery Clause
1、All documents, notices and written materials in relation to the arbitration shall be sent to the address provided by the contract which signed by the parties. If the documents refused by the party, the day of the returned shall be deemed to have been properly served.
