Arbitration, a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), is an important way to resolve disputes. According with arbitration agreement, the parties refer disputes to the third party, and the parties agree to be bound by the arbitral decision. The award has equal  legal effect with the judgement of the court, and legally binding on both sides. The award can be enforced in courts.
