Why Arbitration


Compared with the court,the arbitration has the following advantages:


1、Party Autonomy

In arbitration, the parties are free to appoint arbitrators of their own choice, to select the place and language of arbitration and to determine the applicable laws.


2、Impartiality

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the law, independent of any intervention by administrative organs, social organizations or individuals.


3、Final and Binding

Arbitration award shall be final and binding. Unlike the judgments made in litigation of first instance, the award become final on the parties as soon as rendered. Arbitration is much more flexible than the rigid procedures and timetables of national court.


4、Efficiency

Most arbitrations can be concluded within four months after the formation of the arbitral tribunal. The time typically taken to render an award is significantly shorter than that of court. Arbitration saves time and money.


5、Confidentiality

Arbitration proceedings are not open to the public. Thus, business secrets and the reputation of the parties can be effectively protected.


6、Enforceable

The award legally binding on both sides and can be enforced in courts.
