According with Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China : Disputes over contracts and disputes over property rights and interests between citizens, legal persons and other organizations as equal subjects of law may be submitted to arbitration. The parties applying for arbitration shall fulfill the following conditions:

                  1、the parties must be citizens, legal persons or other organizations as equal subjects of law

                  2、the party has right to dispose of his property

                  3、the arbitration must be within the jurisdiction of the arbitration commission.
